I placed an order on 10th october by registered phon no. [protected]. This was an online payment made by card. I was not able to collect by order due to emergency in my family. I had to go to hospital at the same time. There was no intention of cancellation if there was so i would have not paid online. Hope you understand, so requesting you to please process refund.
