Zomato — refund not received for order no [protected]

I have ordered from zomato on 22 september 2019 and it’s been a month that i still not received my refund
They said they refunded the amount but amount was not received
I have contacted with my bank but there no update regarding this

I contacted with my bank and they also mail and attached the screenshot of zomato but still it was not received
