[Resolved] Zomato — refund not received from zomato even after 1 month
I was ordering food from zomato on 3rd april and i paid the amount. The money was deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed (Order id-[protected]).
I already wrote 4-5 times on zomato chat support but they told me that i would get the refund back within 24-48 hours for sure but even after 1month i don't receive any refund. Now they have deleted my complain of 25th april from zomato chat support.
This is very disappointing to see such services from such a highly reputed organization whose motive is to serve customers best. Request you to please look into this issu and refund asap.
