We have ordered food for inr 207.00 through zomato in mud pot restaurant, coimbatore. The order was rejected once after the payment was done.

The amount was not refunded to our account yet. Even though we tried contacting zomato many times we haven't got proper response.

Kindly take the necessary action.

I have placed an order for which i received a call from delivery boy for confirming address but its been 40 min I haven't received any delivery even on the app my order is showing been delivered.
What about the money which I have paid without receiving my order. Its really shame full

Sir,
The offer of the day states no delivery charges but I was charged the delivery charges for the food, I do not understand why I had been charged.rs 54 for both the orders today i.e 14th june, from Bunt bryyani palace and Srikrishna sagar please reimburse back excess charged money or adjust in next order.

I order 4 Nov from nalin Chandra das &sons . They given offer . In offer they provide two sweet in 29each.but purchase on minimum number 5. I purchased but quantity was sweet to much less which was not a real size. If they can't give same proposal so why make deal. The restaurant fruad with customer.
