Dear zomato team, It's almost two weeks back i have placed an order which was cancelled your team and said that am going to get refund. Few days back i have received a mail to check the refund status from bank but there is no amount paid back to me, i wanted to know the status of this refund, waiting for your response. Zomato delivered wrong delivery and don't want to compensate for same. Attaching order screenshot, delivered food bill which doesn't match and an arrogant customer support chat screenshot

I order from bombay sandwich (Alkapuri Baroda) at 6:06 01/01/2019. I got OTP and i submit instantly then after i got error and then after i got SMS that from my account payment was already cut so i want that please refund my payment of Rs.122 .

Please note I have ordered food online around 9 pm and still not received parcel till 11 pm I am frustrated because their coustmer care no also not working and parcel said delivered...wast of money
