Zomato — Refund related issue with a dead cockroach in meal | |||
Dear sir or madam, I had ordered a meal from QD’s Restaurant Laxmi Nagar via Zomato app. I found a dead cockroach in my meal and I raised an issue regarding such with the customer care @Zomato (talking to Mr. Rishabh). They have just issued a coupon pertaining to the meal to be used on Zomato only and refused to refund the said amount to my account and also have not acknowledged the quality related concern regarding the meal.
