I am not felling glad to be your gold member because of the incident mentioned hereunder on 7 january 2020 i have order something from your member restaurant that order got cancelled.
Time and again i was told by your associates that payments will get refunded to me in 48 hours as a customer i keep buying that but after a point it really start annoying me to me its feels like you guy are not following earthly time zone, because it has been more then 15 + day but no amount has been credited to my account.
I am not begging i am asking for the fund that is rightly mine.
To me this refund system of yours seems like a scam, became for first 10- 12 days you keep bribing the customer by selling them hope that fund will be credited but after that your system doesn't allow them to entertain the query about previous order except by the way of email, so most people stop chasing you. It seem your are enreaching yourself at the cost of public money
Now i am not just asking for my legitimate refund but also expect to you compensate me the cost for the time that i have invested because of your ill system.
