Zomato — refusing to refund my money for cancellation | |
On 6/12/2018 i ordered from indrani sweets order number [protected] and it was cancelled by the restaurant because according to them my phone was. They had my exact location marked on the tracker then why didnt the came at my doorsteps as their agenda says "delivery at the doorsteps" why they returned from half way? And for this i am paying the penality of the whole amount i. E rs 230 how fair is this. This is complete cheating from zomato and the restaurants side just because my amount was prepiad they take wrong advantage of it. And how can i have control over my mobile service provider network issue which caused my number to be unreacheable and why didnt zomato delivery guy came at my described location. They all are doing this for a purpose of misleading the customers and snatching away their hard earned money. I want my refund back because i was even ready to pick up the order from the restaurant also as soon as i saw that my delivery has been cancelled but they refused because they wanted to cheat me and take my money.
