Zomato — refusing to refund the money

I had placed a order but order was declined by restaurant and we called restaurant and they confirmed that they can't take order.. But zomato people are not ready to refund they are saying that they are taking amount as cancellation charge.. But restaurant people confirmed that they haven't delivered anything for that order.. Without delivering food why they are charging cancellation charges.. I want refund immediately... Y i have to pay without taking the food or cancelling the order...

And when we tried to contact staff they are not ready to give any details instead they are just saying send mail and they can't do anything... They are very much interested to send messages about offer but not ready to provide order details once placed.. worst customer service...

Why customer has to pay if restaurant declined the order... And even restaurant also confirmed that they haven't delivered food for our order.. then y cancellation charges are taken from us... Zomato is looting people in name of hidden rules and charges.. not at all acceptable.. this is not the way to provide service to customers..
