Zomato — regarding non refund of failed transaction | |||
I had booked food from zomato on 9th feb and the payment was made through net banking. I had to make 2 transactions against the same order as the first order had failed. But my account got debited with the amount of failed transaction as well as successful transaction. Both the failed transaction and successful transactions were of the same amount. Please find below the transaction details for reference. I have been trying to contact zomato on their customer care number - [protected] but i have not been able to connect even once. You have such a pathetic customer redressal system, have never come across something like this before. This happened yesterday.. Zomato customer care said that it takes two working days for refund and refund process won't be on Saturday and Sunday..
even I'm waiting for my money.. Fed up with these kind of transactions
