[Resolved] Zomato — spoiled food delivered | |||
I am a new zomato customer. I have ordered food chicken biryani from ghungroo restaurant. This is my first ever order on zomato. I have received completely spoiled food which had a foul smell and some of them were uncooked and were having a really bad smell. I wanted to return the order as soon as it got delivers but i the support team was pathetic. I tried contacting the zomato on email but there was no response from them. Is this the kind of service we would expect? My order id : [protected] I need a refund for my order. At least the customer executives should have been open to discuss this with me. I ordered from wich craft today by online payment method, , but my order is not delivered, , but showing in the screen that food is delivered, , I called the delivery boy but he is lie and told that he delivered the food...your service is not trust worthy, , my money is wasted, , give my money back

My complaints is about the missing orders i am recieving i. Need my money back plss its high time i am not a fool ordering from zonato And trusting you guys
