Zomato — stale and smelly food delivered by zomato from heaven's kitchen kalkaji | |||
I ordered food from heaven's kitchen through zomato. The food delivered was smeeling and had to throw the entire food. I have asked for the refund from zomato and they are still working on it. How can any one compromise with the food that will cause serious health issues such restaurants should be blacklisted. I had even tried to call the restaurant heaven's kitchen (Kalkaji new delhi) but they told that it's not their responsibility. They told that since i had ordered from zomato it is zomatos responsibility Was this information helpful? | |||

I had booked my order around 8 pm on 31st December 2018. My address was type3 qr no.377 new AG colony nayapalli bhubaneswar. When I was asked to artatran he misbehaving me instead of delivery in our home.

My Registered mobile no..[protected] & zomato has charged me Rs.. 1200/- towards Zomato Gold Membership without my permission & Deduct Rs.. 1200/- from my paytm wallet when i tried to customer care they are nothing done by their end & I am not interest for that membership, so please cancel this membership & refund the money into my paytm wallet..
