Zomato — stale food provided by zomato | |||
I ordered momos from dum spiro spero on 6th jan 2019. The momos were stale, had rotten smell and were broken completely. (Order number: [protected]) I asked the customer support person for a refund. I haven't received any resolution from them yet. The only response i received from customer support is: our team is working on this and you'll get an email shortly. I ordered pastries at AED 13 per piece my bank account has been deducted. But the order never reached Kaza Blo the restaurant.
No cs chat available, absolutely no immediate support, no clarity where my money went.
