Zomato — suspension of account with any reason | |||||
My zomato account has been block for like 1 month now. I cannot place order. I have already notified zomato for like 7 to 8 times. I have emailed them about the situation that they haved blocked my account for no reason. But every time they reply the same that"this automatically blocked and we cant manually unblock" Its really frustrating. I have attched some screen shots how they ignored everytime by replying same. I have also tried to reach through helpline number but all the numbers are either invalid or not reachable. I have waited like a month but cant handle this now. I also have gold to my account. Cant use that either because application is not opening. I dont want any refund, all i am saying is to unblock or undo the suspension from my account. Please sir, kindly look into this matter.
