[Resolved] Zomato — the amount deducted and order not placed. the deducted amount is not refunded. | |||||
I placed order on 13th of value 191rs and i paid it through my card. The amount was deducted but order was not placed. When i queried in consumer support they said it will be refunded. But no amount was refunded till today. The same thing again happened on 17th of value 334rs. Now there is no reply from the supporting staff. The zomato is just looting money by this way from many people. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Agree with Subhransu, customer support is virtually non-existent. Company takes no responsibility for failures with their systems. Expects to take customers money, fail to place any order and then say "surely refund will be sent in 5-7 days" due to "RBI Regulations" all the while my money has already been taken from me.
