Zomato — they blocked the account without telling anything | |||||
I was new to zomato and made a account and tried ordering food online. I ordered 3 times with zomato in which 2 times there were issues with food which restaurant partners accepted. Regarding the same zomato added the credits of order value but at the same time they blocked my account so i wasn't able to use a single credit. I want to know what was the point of refunding the money as credits when they were going to block my account? Is this scam from zomato? Are they making fool of people?
