Zomato — transaction failed and money debited from account | |||||
I ordered from Zomato app no [protected] on 19 SEP from havmor shahibaug Ahmedabad outlet. Transaction failed but amount debited from HDFC account amount 347. So I need refund n I am not able to see failed transaction history in Zomato app. M trying to call Zomato customer care but it's out of service. I called havmor outlet n dey said call Zomato. I called HDFC Bank n they also said we can't do anything n call Zomato . NW where should I contact for my refund. There is no any particular contact number for Zomato n Zomato chat support also not working. Was this information helpful? | |||||

162 rupees were deducted from my Paytm account to Zomato Media Pvt Ltd on 14th September around 8 pm. I did not place any order then. Please check if there has been an issue and initiate refund. My account name is Dolly Rohira. Thanks.
