Zomato — unauthorized access to my bank by zomato to take money | |||
I ordered my meal from zomato on 13 oct 2019 at 1:58pm. My order was for rs. 70 and i paid the money using zomato. I did not have any pending payments with zomato and was waiting for my meal. After 15 minutes, i got a message from my bank that zomato has charged me rs. 222 again. This was without my authorization. I got a message 1 minutes later again that zomato charged my bank rs. 10 again. I have a receipt of rs. 70 for my order which i paid. Can't trust this brand with your banks. They dont have a customer support call center too. Was this information helpful? | |||
