Zomato — undelivered food order. showing delivered on the app

I have ordered food from firangi bake, kaggadasapura at 7:04pm ist today. Then i have received a call at 7:06 from the restaurent directly (Phone number :[protected] they said that they are unable to send my order. Hence would cancel the order so that i would get my amount back in my simpl account. After my thorough folowup with irresponsive zomato customercare for 2 hours, they have updated that the order is delivered. But i have not received my order. What should i do now? Where is my order? What about my refund? Why does any one respond on zomato support? Order id: [protected]
