Zomato — unhealthy delivery method and delay service | |||||
Ordered food through zomato. Delivery was delayed and inspire of it food was cold. They are being food in open hand and not sure where are the places they kept in bike. Even small delivery company bring food in box safely and avoid unhealthy ways. Two guys came to delivery and i have to decline since food was cold. Had tough time to make chat support agent to understand the issue. They just provide copy paste answer. Same experience had yesterday and tejas from customer care called apologising and promising this will not happen. Zomato is worst service Was this information helpful? | |||||
