Zomato — unruly behaviour of customer care executive | |||
I dont know what kind of people you hire for your chat team. But let me tell you, they are very very unprofessional. I would like to attach screenshots of the chat that i had today with one of your employees. Inspite of being a very old member of zomato (Since the time zomato was just a restaurant searching app), this kind of behaviour shocked me!! Your cce actually cancelled my order without my permission and threatened to block my profile!!! Is this what you train your cces to do when a customer is in problem? The delivery valet was taking too much time!! By saying 15 mins, 20mins, he took more than an hour. And then even before delivering, the zomato valet pressed the delivered option on his app!! I could not track him. Then when i raised the issue, the chat person delayed a lot in replying. When i wanted to talk to the manager, he started speaking in hindi, cancelled my order, and threatened to block my profile. I want this issue to be resolved asap. Also, how can someone cancel my order, when it was showing delivered on my app??!! Was this information helpful? | |||
