Zomato — valet abusive behavior and cancelled my order without my consent

I ordered food from shreeganga vallet told me i won't come do whatever you do and he was abusive too i am a doctor i was hungry! Despite zomato also didn't help me they do not intiated my refund and are not replying to my msg! Valet name is ramesh sharma ([protected]) from ujjain i need a strict action against him is this way to treat people who order from zomato i need my refund asap!
