Zomato — why am I being charged for cancelled order ? | |||
In my last order i forgot to apply promo code to my bill so i cancelled it and again selected the same items from the same restaurant and that to within 2 mins. Than how come Zomato is charging me the cancellation charges. There is no possibility that the restaurant food might have got wasted because I was the one who immediately booked it again. Kindly look into the matter and refresh my account. Asap Whenever i am trying to place a new order, Zomato is applying the cancelled order amount to my bill to pay it along with the new one, its almost Rs. 350/- . Please resolve my issue. Payment failed but amount deducted. On 31 May 2019 at 23:34. Rs 167 were deducted. How to get the amount back

Reject my order even i added my complete address location and zometo spoil my party. even i have cach delivery boy. but he is telling that now order rejected and he can't deliver also he confirm from call centre in front of me. that order amount is already paid, No any chat centre or call centre support me.Not confirm about my refund.
