Zomato — wrong delivery against prepaid order | |||
I have ordered for 4 pc masala kulcha and chicken tikka masala, but recieved one veg chowmin, veg fried rice with paneer chilly. Order placed-22/05/2019 number - [protected] Restaurant just said sorry and told that this is a mistake of delivery boys of zomato. Zomato executives are not here to help in reality, they are giving me refund at 11:10 pm and thats the best they can help, please do something to zomato for harrasing a customer like this Was this information helpful? | |||

Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 22, 2019 Updated by Kumar Debabrota Moreover the items came were opened and pre- consumed food( pls check pictures), and I will not consume pre- consumed foods as directed by Zomato executives, no resturants are open now. | |||
