[Resolved]  Zomato — wrong delivery and payment gateway issues

Zomato always gives us stupid service. My bad experiences with zomato are as follows.

1) i ordered chicken fried rice. But delivery person took wrong parcel from hotel (1000 days mysore). He gave panner butter masala alone. When i asked for my order. Both zomato and 1000 days restaurant refused to give my order. But money was refunded. At that hungry meal time. Is it possible to drink gravy alone? Customer care always saying same word sorry...

2) issue with google map. Delivery person told that he can't come from that area. Order was cancelled

3) money was deducted from my account but payment failed. Again customer care says sorry. Money will be refunded with in 5 to 7 business working days. My friends also faced same issue several times. Zomato is absolutely stupid service. Swiggy and uber eats are good. I never faced issues with them.
