Zomato — wrong delivery of order and no response no refund | |
Nuisance company : order no [protected] delivered us with wrong items in it and full amount already paid to the zomato. After informing the delivery boy he said no bill given this is the only order sent through me, while contacting zomato they replied, ask for pictures and went off no more replies received. Such a pathetic service and they are looting customer's money and duping us by sending cheap orders and charging high prices! Pls tell me what to do with such companies which has no ethics and enjoying luxury brand name due to customer's and now started duping them!
