Zomato — zomato account blocked without any authentic reason and my rs.200 cashback detained | |||||
I have been a regular customer of zomato and used to frequently order food from their app, sometimes even thrice a day. Twice, i ordered food from a restraunt, which had labelled the food with a green dot on their page on zomato (Green dot in a square box signifying vegetarian food). Both the times non veg food was delivered to me, which is unacceptable. I complained to zomato and after sometime they did provide me a refund. I then continued to order via their app, and a day after, my account was blocked and i recieved an email saying that my account was blocked due to suspicious activities. Also, in my very last two orders on zomato, i used a code eve40, which would give me rs.200 cashback on paytm. After they blocked my account, the cashback too was denied to me. I complained to their customer service but recieved only negative feedback for my complaints. Please do look into the matter as it us wrong on their part to make their customers suffer who majorly contribute to their profits. Was this information helpful? | |||||
