Zomato — zomato cancelled my order after 45min of placing my order | |||
Dear sir I am writing to inform you that yesterday night at 11.15pm i placed a order on Zomato. Zomato received my order and showing that my food is being prepared and will be deliver soon. After 45min i asked help line team regarding my delivery details they said we are cancelling the order as no delivery boy is there to deliver the food. They cancelled my order and initiate to refund. My concern is when i tried to place my oder at 11.15am or after placing my order they should informed me with in 10-15min that we're unable to proces the order for such and such reason, then i could have manage food from somewhere else but unfortunately they did the same at 12.10am and i was helpless to do anything at that time, i went to sleep without eating anything. I was starving but wasn't able to help myself as at that time no shop was open. If they had informed me earlier i could have manage it from local shop. But I want a compensation for the same. I am a regular user of ZOMATO and everyday i order from zomato as i stay alone. Please help me. I am attaching the screenshot of the conversation of last night.
