[Resolved] Zomato — zomato- haven't delivered and not returning money | |||
I ordered food from Zomato and they never delivered the food. Neither called me before doing delivery. After waiting for 3 hrs the status showed delivered.. I contacted them and they said it's been delivered. I never received the food. And their customer service said they won't refund my money back. I want my money back. Such a mental trauma I been through y-day. These people are fraud. Please never order from Zomato. Swiggy is far better. Was this information helpful? | |||
