Zomato helpline and you ask the executive to provide you some resolution about the product. If i am paying money to zomato i would be contacting them only. They simply close the ticket without getting any resolution. I am not sure how many times i have lost my money with missing item, different order got different product. And in fact my mother food poisoning after consuming food from one of the best rating restaurant from zomato. I marked the email to them that my mother is even hospitalised I didn’t get any revert either. Well this company is gaining so much right now that the quality and service is not worth. May be they have been doing this with less man power. Please value someone’s hard earned money and there time
