Zomato.com — misleading app support and marketing strategies | |||||
I had placed a order on Zomato, the delivery time while placing the order was 45 minutes and a even had the audacity to charge a 20rs delivery fee. As soon as the order was placed the delivery time was increased to 90 minutes. Who waits for food for 90 minutes, Zomato? Why do you even have plans to deliver from such restaurants? And over and above that, the chat support guy tells me to wait for 20 mins even on repeated questioning and they are not even cancelling the order and not giving refund. Please do not tolerate such companies and their fake concern for customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
