Zomato.com — refund of payment through online | |||
Placed an order in kanti sweets an amount of rs.405. Order no in zomato is [protected]. Payment was made through online net banking hdfc and payment reference no is[protected]. While making the payment amount was deducted from my account, but in zomato app it was showing payment incomplete. Immediately i did chatting with zomato customer executive, they told it was mistake in payment gateway and amount will get refunded. Still now the amount is not credited. I want a proper answer when i will get my amount back. Food was not delivered. Was this information helpful? | |||
