I have ordered a branded power bank 25000mah with 64 gb memory card to Zoniic through online.That order has been received after a week on COD. But that power bank is not functioning, I think that is deffect one. So I am requesting to Zoniic for replace that or return back my order. But till now they have not response me.

I have ordered one Samsung power bank 25000 man but when I received there was no invoice attached and it was not in working condition only torch was working. I making a police complaint against courier agency and Zoniic.com so that they can be arrested.
