Zookr. In — received a fake product

Hi team,

I jagadish had ordered a action cam from zookr.in, as per the product description the product was suppose to have 4k video recording, slow motion, time lapse, 170 degree wide angle and wifi enabled. However when i received the product it looked so cheap and it did not have the above mentioned functionalities. When checked with the customer care of zookr they gave me reasons saying that they cannot refund as the product is not broken or damaged. But then when i explained them about the actual issue they told me they cannot give me refund. Hence i dropped a comment and email to them harshly and abusive. Then a person by name amit called me and told he will refund but he asked me to send the product in my expense to them. But after looking over the internet and other pages of zookr i got to know they do not actually refund after they receive the product and there are many comments from different people like that. So i explained the same to amit and he still insists me to send the product. But i dont want be another fool like others out there. The product price is 2699. Please help me get the hard earned money of mine.
