On 3rd Jan 2019 i have ordered 1 smart watch from Zookr site by seeing advertisement on my Facebook page. Same was received after 2 days & watch was not working totally dead & they sent different model vs shown in add.
They replaced watch on 12th Jan but i don't like watch because again they sent different model (which was duffer in looks & also a less features) & same watch was available with cheaper price on different site, I bought @ Rs.1699 & same watch available @ Rs.900.
How they making fool to Indian public & this is simply i feel like being cheated & harassed.
I sent a mail to take back watch & return my money but they denied to do so.Also i had telephonic discussion.
They said we will call u back soon.But not received any call.
