I ordered for a vapor kw77 smart watch on 18th sept 2018, the zookr delivered the order on 19th sept 2018. When opened the order to my surprise found the wrong order, they had sent smarty y1 smart watch which is cheaper in cost to the order that i had placed, but it is still an incorrect model/order sent by zookr. I called up the customer care[protected] and informed the issue and they asked me to drop and email, the email id provided by the customer care was incorrect (Riddhimamalhotra. [protected]@gmail.com), i then sent the email with images of the order i had ordered and the order that i received as requested to the [protected]@zookr.in email id. They responded "we have delivered what was ordered by you" and they say there is no refund or exchange for your order.
By this it is understood that zookr is a cheat/fraud company and selling incorrect order and making money but not providing the correct order and customer service.
Hence requesting you to look into the matter and help.
