I had ordred phantom 4g smart watch but i received Blot q5 smart watch. i exchanged around 17 mails with photo and video of the received watch. but zookr is saying that they have send the correct watch. they are cheating the customers of their hard earned money. I had ordered the watch on 26th December 2018 and I received the next day which is 27 the December 2018. And also the customer care people keep on saying that by evening I will receive a mail regarding the issue. But I did not get any mail then the next day again I called and some said to mail on his personal email which I did with all details and photo and video of wrong watch, only to get a final reply from them saying that they have shipped the correct was that was advertised and the matter was closed without being solved. After waiting for long to get the correct watch I started using the wrong watch which I received. Was this information helpful? |
