Zookr.in — fake smart watch product

I have ordered a 4G smart watch from www.zookr.in but when the product was delivered to me was totally different and fake cheaper smart watch.
I doesn't even getting switched on.

They're telling that both are same and closing the account.

And i cannot log in to my account on their website now to give feedback or review about the product. If there is anyway to get back my money or exchange the fake product with the original product.

I called and emailed within 5 minutes from product received.

Now its been 3days, none solved this issue and they are closing the query.

Finally let me know where should I go to get the refund.

I paid Rs 1699 for smart watch, but I received a worth less product. It didn't even get switched on.

I have order from zookr a home theatre on 7th Jan. I got the product on 17jan which is defective and wrong. Kindly need attention on it

I have ordered phantom 4g smartwatch with hd camera from zookr.in but i have received different watch and it is not even functioning at all. when contact them on helpline they said email your concerns to [protected]@zookr.in. After mailing details, still there is no response. Even i sent them many reminder. Please help me in this regard.
