I purchased a smart watch from zookr, but when i received the watch it was totally different then the one i ordered. I tried to contact by writing an e-mail to the support team and they responded only after pursuing multiple times. Today i received an e-mail as below:
Dear customer,
We do not have a policy of allowing refunds or exchange in such cases. We have delivered the product as was shown on website. Hence your request cannot be accepted. For more information, please read our return policy here.
I have even sent them the images of what was shown on the website and the one i received, but now they are claming that they have sent the same item as showwn on the website. This company is truly unprofessional company and making people fool by sending them wrong product. Was this information helpful? |
