Zookr.in — sent me wrong product and not replacing or refunding my money

I purchased a smart watch from zookr, but when i received the watch it was totally different then the one i ordered. I tried to contact by writing an e-mail to the support team and they responded only after pursuing multiple times. Today i received an e-mail as below:
Dear customer,

We do not have a policy of allowing refunds or exchange in such cases. We have delivered the product as was shown on website. Hence your request cannot be accepted. For more information, please read our return policy here.

I have even sent them the images of what was shown on the website and the one i received, but now they are claming that they have sent the same item as showwn on the website. This company is truly unprofessional company and making people fool by sending them wrong product.

I have ordered HQi7 earphone in buy 1 get 1 offer but one of the items that I have received is totally damaged tracking I'd is[protected] and it has no on off button
