Hello sir...my name is amit rawat and i had purchased one smart watch from zookr.in that price is 1799 on prepaid...and i ordered it on 03 jul 18...i received my watch on 09 jul 18 and i m very unsatisfied from my watch because they gave me different with cheap quality product from my original which i wanted.
Now i want to refund my order because it is so worst and cheap quality.i want my money sir.
I m totally hurt...

Please help me to process refund as i order twin tower woferr for f&d order-RZLQUXZCS3EZ but i got wrong item which is not working it should be twin tower but i got only one which is completely damage please help me process refund for Rs. 2799
