Zoom Car — amount charged for the extending the booking is very high

Booking id-jps661wj4 registered mobile no:[protected]. They charge me 3564 for 3 hrs i think its a great way to loot people. How you people can charge this much of amount for a suv which is not maintained not clean not going above 80kmph. This time the experience was very horrible as we returned the car 3 hrs late when i was trying to extend the booking before one day it shows 519 for 1 hour and when i tried next day it was increased by 200 rs. So they where charging 719 per hour. Earlier i had used zoomcar many times and whenever i tried to extend it they charge only 45-90 per hour. But this time they looted me the system doesn't work properly i think. Either lower the extend fees or else i would never use zoomcar. Its better to use drivezy

We understand your disappointment here. We did check the booking and see that you have dropped the vehicle post the drop-off time, hence you are billed late fee and late charge as per the policy.

As the charges are valid, we will not be able to reverse/alter the same.

Late charge-1050 thts ok but for 3 hrs late fee of -2514 its too much i would have completed a new booking in this charge there is no policies regarding how much you will charge 300/hr thts ok but for car extension per hr you are charging by your own.tell me how u charged me this much amount for just 3 hrs

As per the policy, you will be charged at Rs.300/hour(Late charge) in addition to the hourly fee(Late fee) for use of the vehicle. Hence, you are billed accordingly.

That's what im asking hourly fee you apply as what you want you can charge any amount and late fee because its not mentioned in the policy sometimes you charge correctly and sometimes you charge it as much you can take from customer.In my previous booking i have extended hexa where i was charged only 1200 for 5 hrs

I have already read all the policy except 300rs /hr there are no charges mentioned.plz tell me the late fee breakup and update your policies 300/hr and hourly fee of vehicles.

Just reply.And i have more complaints where are the offers upto 60% off and the free rides options in the z points redeem section i am unable to use my z points its of no use now day by day your offers and services are becoming worst.
