Had tried out a subscription based booking of your car services. The process asked me to pay the complete amount upfront which i did.
After that the process asked me to upload my documents. But when i tried to upload the documents, there was a queer error on the page which has prevented me from uploading the documents.
Subsequently, my money is blocked and i am confused about what to do. There is no proper customer service number where i can call up and know the status. This is clearly a matter of fraud guys. There is no intimation from the concerned team for this also.
Please help me out otherwise i will be forced to register a complaint against your company in a court.
