[Resolved] Zoom Car — billing | |||
I had a "without fuel" zoomcar booking in which while i started, the agent at the parking had put my fuel tank reading as 60% but in reality, it was less than 50%. And while the drop, he entered the fuel reading as 20% while the actual status was more than 40%. Hardly a difference of 5% from the initial starting. When i said the same thing to him, he said, we are told to right deviated figures than the normal. You can complain if you want. I was charged 1455/- for extra fuel while i actually deserve not more than 200. Please rework on my billing. I have pictures of both pickup and drop point fuel reading attached. I can share the pictures too before and after the service of the fuel meter readings.
Also I have a Video record of the agent saying that We are told by the company officials to write down more value while pickup and lesser values while Drop.
It's been 3 days now, please take action soon or otherwise I'll post this on social media.
