[Resolved] Zoom Car — booking | |||
I booked a honda city from my friends phone with his email id and when we reached the driving licence of my friend was not accepted by them, so the staff there asked me to put my driving license and change the name and it got verified. And recently when i tried booking a car from my phone through my email id, it got cancelled. Zoomcars called me up and they said once your driving license is registered through another email id it cannot be changed. I told them it wasn't really my fault because your staff asked me to do so! But then they said they cannot help in any way! This is a huge disappointment! So basically i cannot book any car in future! Very disappointed with your service.
