[Resolved] Zoom Car — booking cancelled but refund not done | |||
Hello, Very much disappointed with the cancelled booking refund process by zoomcar (Booking id jps6f7hio). I made booking on 23 nov 2018, paid 4620 inr for booking and later cancelled my booking on the same day. I was to receive refund of 4420 inr and have been told 4420 inr will be credited back to my sbi account on 8 dec, 2018 (Screenshot attached). I patiently waited, but not received any amount back till now. I lodged the complaint but not received any revert (Email attached) Please help in getting my money back. We are sorry as you have not received the refund yet. Upon checking, we see that the refund has been successfully settled in your respective account, we believe that our team has been shared reference number.
