[Resolved]  Zoom Car — booking idjps62mhhg

We had done this booking one month back for travel from delhi to neemrana for a friend wedding on 17th feb 2018.. Got all confirmations after full. Payment of 9k. 16th feb we received the confirmation of cab to be made available at 9.30 am. However there was no cab and we were told it is not allotted. How can car be not allotted after advance booking with full payment. We lost 4 hours before we could manage something else to reach neemrana. Pathetic customer service and appalling behaviour by staff. No assistance, no information. We want the complete refund along with compensation for loss of time and inconvenience. Missed the wedding function of our friend.

We did review your complaint and it is regretting that we were unable to serve your booking. Unfortunately, we were unable to serve the booking with the booked vehicle owing to vehicle shortage.

Our team has been rigorously working on adding more backup cars so that we have very few cancellation. We will be unable to undo the events that have caused you distress, but, please rest assured, our team is working on combating such issues and we will be implementing corrective actions to rectify the issue.
