When i was booking a car on your website there was either a glitch or a misclick by me and it had asked for an ecosport in banglore instead of delhi my booking number is jps6txit0 i had immideiately cancelled it and changed my booking to delhi but i have only got half my money back is there a possibility to get the full refund back. My next booking number was jps6txi2c immediately after i cancelled the previous one Was this information helpful? | |

We did check the above issue and see that the refund is already processed for the booking ID JPS6TXIT0. We see that the amount of Rs. 9275 is released through IMPS. We have sent an email with a link, request you to login to your Zoomcar account and then click on the link. Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account.
