Zoom Car — cancelled booking refund | |
I did a booking on 6th of june, 20 for which payment made was successful but due to some glitch of companies app, it was showing no bookings in my dashboard. I wrote about this for which i got a mail from zoomcar team that booking i made got cancelled and all the amount i'll get back as refund. Up untill now, there is no update or status about whether the refund amout is initiated or not even after doing so much follow ups for the same.
