[Resolved] Zoom Car — cannot remove dl from zoom car and charged unnecessarily for unknown damages | |||
I am user of zoom car... This is the second time i am using their service... The first time i booked a creta and i had a great drive... But now after i returned the car there were no damages at all.. But the person who le reversing the car he hit it behind... And he charged me for that damage and he is asking me to pay around 10000 for that.. Now my deposit amount is deducted and i even have uncleared balance to be paid... This is really a experience... And very bad service from zoom car... When i asked the person over there... He said as the car was hit before submitting the fleet it's my responsibility... How come it is my responsibility if i didn't drive... Was this information helpful? | |||
