[Resolved] Zoom Car — Car hire | |||||
Arranged to hire a honda city in hyderabad, picked up car, filthy on the outside, wiped down with a cloth. Took the car away and found that the ac was not working and the horn was intermittent, car returned asap within 90 minutes (Rush hour traffic) waiting for refund. Have been chasing them yesterday and today, called 4 times only to be fobbed off, some one will call you back in 30 minutes... No call back no refund Don't use them their service is pretty poor Was this information helpful? | |||||
